However, we generally discount the cost required to get to our destinations, especially to an individual owner e.g. financial cost (such as interest payments, insurance, taxes, petrol consumption, maintenance, repair and depreciation) and productivity cost (such as getting stuck in traffic jams).

- what's the requirement -

We're looking for the following:

  • You have 1 to 3 years experience in sales, business development, client-servicing, partnership or creative functions in relevant roles and industries.
  • A diploma or equivalent experience, a bachelor's degree is a plus!
  • As this is a mainly client-facing role, work arrangement can be hybrid with 3 days in the office per week (NOTE: Looking for KL/Selangor-based only) but be prepared to be mobile and flexible.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused and goal-oriented.
  • Bonus: You are be able to think creatively, from a brand owners' perspective when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to close

- what's the scope -

  • To generate leads and engage with brands to build new business and develop pipeline for the company.
  • To be part of the ideation process, assist with crafting business proposals, drawing up contracts and negotiating with existing and prospective clients.
  • To assist with reviewing clients’ feedback for constant improvements and be up to date with trends in the advertising industry to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • To ensure the client and client experience are always prioritised in all development work and deliverables.
  • To explore, refine and propose our products and services to improve or generate new revenue streams.
  • To be a proactive team player that constantly discusses and contributes ideas, collaborates with the team to identify, and fix technical problems, and always highlighting possible issues during development, if any.
  • To carry out work and assignments as a team and ensure milestones are timely met.
  • To be ready to learn anything when that particular skill is needed to get the task done.
