Production Executive (Secondary Process)
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities for secondary processes
- (printing, painting, and chroming).
- Ensure smooth coordination between different production stages and departments
- to meet production targets and timelines.
- Monitor production schedules, machine availability, and resource allocation to avoid
- delays.
Process Management:
- Supervise and optimize the pad printing, silk screen printing, spray wet painting, and
- chroming processes.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to process specifications, quality standards, and
- customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to printing and painting techniques, chroming, and other
- secondary processes to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the secondary processing stages to
- ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations or quality
- concerns.
- Liaise with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with internal and external
- standards, including customer specifications.
Equipment & Maintenance:
- Oversee the proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of printing presses,
- spray painting equipment, chroming units, and other related machinery.
- Ensure timely servicing and routine maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve
- equipment lifespan.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve equipment related issues swiftly.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and train a team of operators and technicians working on printing, painting, and chroming processes.
- Provide guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and troubleshooting
- techniques.
- Ensure the team follows workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of secondary processes
- through process improvements and the introduction of new technologies or
- techniques.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to optimize performance.
Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including daily output, downtime, quality
- issues, and other key metrics.
- Communicate with management regarding production progress, challenges, and
- solutions.
