A redONE evangelist, an Assistant, Sales Support is a seasoned veteran in terms of pre and post-sales issues from RSS exposure. Here is what he/she will be doing: • Processing new partner application end-to-end process. • Managing the correspondence & escalations between the channel team and other internal divisions. • Monitoring region/state POSM stock level. • Establish and maintain quality vendor services within the allotted budget. • Providing data and reports to help the sales team. • Answering phone calls, emails, Whatsapp/Telegram, and Facebook. • Training (on/off-site), tasked to train partner/sales team/new staff on Mreg, products SOP, etc. • Attending other company-related events/functions as and when necessary. Job Description Daily 1) Updating partner application status (submission, pending, escalate, vendor, done) 2) Managing and monitoring all escalations with requests within 24 hours of priority. 3) Acquire the required updates from sales, operations, marketing, and other related departments to follow up, close, or escalate. 4) Answering emails, phone calls, Whatsapp, Facebook, and any correspondence. 5) POSM disbursement, stock management & other relevant duties as required. 6) Issues and escalations to Region Head/HOS/SSM. 7) Daily reporting. Weekly 1) Partner application progress report and end-to-end process. 2) Partner’s staff feedback and training report (as a trainer and liaison). 3) POSM and stock inventory report. 4) Competitive comparison between telco, product, marketing, promotion, and commission. 5) Weekly reporting. Monthly 1) Monthly visit (individual/joint) to all PS to spend time with the PS staff on sales and operations. 2) Monthly reporting.
