Production Supervisor

Principal Responsibilities: • Supervise a team of technicians, line leaders, manipulants, material handlers and operators. • Ensure product quality is conformance to required standard. • Maximize resources to achieve quality and output target. • Manage WIP and bottleneck to ensure 100% Production Order fulfilment. • Minimize stock variance. • Maximize labour efficiency. • Minimize rejection rate. • Work closely with functional group such as QC, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse and etc to address production related issues. • On time submission of completed Production Order for closure. • Manage SAP system correctly and effectively. • Assist Production Officer/Executive in quality and cost improvement project. • To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements. • To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives. • Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace • To perform any others duties as assigned by Superior.
