  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The position is based in Singapore, but we also have an opening for remote work for candidates with experience in software engineering. Applicants for work from home should have knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS), hosting solutions, or at least a basic understanding of languages such as JavaScript,NET, Python, and CSS.

Job Responsibilities:

- Install and configure CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in surveillance systems and IT infrastructure.

- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of IT support experience, focusing on CCTV installation and wiring.

- Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR setup, and CCTV cabling.

- Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN), TCP/IP, and router/switch configurations.

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to guide non-technical users.

- Strong attention to detail and quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,944.35 - RM5,273.40 per month
