Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can help organisation to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. In this role, you will partner with leadership to understand key issues related to talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimisation. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Management • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. • Build partnership with recruitment agencies and other external partners, e.g., government agencies and schools. • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. • Develop manpower planning according to the movement of employees and future development of the company. • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create succession plans. Learning & Development • Liaise with various Business Unit (BU) and departments to identify training needs and requirements. • Create training and development programs to enhance employee skills. • Understand the requirements of training in related industries, i.e. statutory required training, training for license renewal and reduction of levy, ISO, Coretrade, etc. • Keep track of the expiry date of certification and facilitate the training for related staff. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Employee Engagement • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve job satisfaction. • Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to drive improvement. • Partner with leadership to address engagement challenges and develop action plans. HR Compliance and Best Practices • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and regulations. • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes. • Provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues and compliance matters. Performance Management • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback. • Monitor employees' work productivity and performance. • Coach managers on effective performance management. • Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compensation and Benefits • Analyse and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages, e.g., incentives, commissions and bonus, etc. • Stay informed about industry trends and adjust compensation strategies as needed. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits. Succession Planning • Identify key positions within the organisation and develop succession plans to ensure continuity. • Work with senior leaders to identify and groom high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Talent Analytics • Form data analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs. • Track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training ROI. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve talent management practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Mass Communication, or in related field. • 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compliance. • Good knowledge of HR practices, Labour laws, and experience in shared services are essential. • Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. • Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills will be preferred. • Good writing skills. • Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Data Analytics skill will be an advantage • Candidates with good analytical skills and critical thinking skills have will have an advantage.
