Project Collaborator

Job Descriptions 1. Participate in projects within the Customer Service and Marketing departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project teams for smooth project execution. 2. Coordinate issues between teams, identifying and resolving obstacles to project progress to promote efficient work. 3. Understand customer needs and market dynamics to provide support and recommendations, ensuring project objectives align with customer expectations. 4. Collect and analyze project data, creating reports to optimize workflows and enhance team performance. 5. Organize project meetings, record key points, and track follow-up action items to ensure projects are on schedule. Job Requirements 1. 5 or 6 working days. 2. Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field. 4. At least 1 to 2 years and above of related working experience, with a foundational understanding of customer service and marketing. 5. Able to work cooperatively with various departments (such as Customer Service and Marketing) to facilitate communication and collaboration. 6. Flexibility to respond to changes in a fast-paced environment and ability to adjust to new situations and challenges. 7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools to assist with documentation and data analysis. Employee Compensation and Welfare 1. Base Salary.
