Key Responsibilities: -Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management strategies,conduct impact assessments, and establish metrics to gauge the success of change initiatives. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure support and address concerns, managing resistance throughout the change process. - Change Readiness: Assess organizational readiness for change, develop communication plans, training, and readiness assessments, and support leaders in managing change. - Business Process Change: Collaborate with teams to integrate changes into business processes and systems, manage data migration, and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Organizational Alignment: Ensure changes align with the organization’s vision, culture, and values, and facilitate workshops to encourage positive change culture. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business IT, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Minimum of 10 years' experience in change management, ideally in large organizations or consulting. - Proven experience leading complex organizational changes with strong stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices. - Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Desirable certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt/Brown Belt, Prosci, or ACMP.
