Responsibilities:
Attend to all the company secretarial matters in accordance with the Company Acts.
Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory and related documents.
Provide company secretarial services in preparation of pre- and post- Board of Directors’ and Board Committee meetings, Annual General Meetings and internal management meetings.
Attend to corporate exercises, company formation, winding up, etc.
Ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents including statutory books.
Assist in enhancing workflows and systems of the secretarial department.
Handle secretarial duties with minimum supervision.
Communicate with clients on all secretarial related matters.
Liaise and deal with SSM, LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, bankers and lawyers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
