To work with the Growth Manager in driving user retention, loyalty, reactivation relating to performance such as user purchase frequency and user basket size. As the Assistant Manager, Retention Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, ultimately driving revenue growth.

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive user retention. Collaborate with the Growth Manager and marketing team to develop compelling offers, promotions, and loyalty programs that encourage repeat purchases and increase basket size.
  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data and analytics tools to segment the customer base and identify opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives. Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments to drive engagement and increase purchase frequency.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Initiate, optimize, enhance, and support the management of the ZUS Coffee’s loyalty program, including member acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with tech team to ensure the smooth launch, maintenance, and optimization of the loyalty program and analyze its impact on user behavior.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing user data and behavior to uncover insights that inform retention strategies. Monitor key metrics such as purchase frequency, average basket size, and customer lifetime value to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Support the building and maintenance of strong relationships with existing customers. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure queries and complaints are resolved in a timely manner, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Measurement: Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and provide regular reports to the Growth Manager. Assist in tracking and analyzing user retention performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
