Duties and Responsibilities:
i) Sales Order Processing:
- Generate Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB) and Delivery Order (DO).
- Coordinate with logistics on the goods delivery to customers.
- Arrange courier service for document and parcels to be sent to customers.
- Confirm and compile all the relevant documents before submitting to accounts department for billing.
ii) Handle customer's enquiry.
iii) Maintain and update for customer listing.
iv) Maintain all relevant files.
v) Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Qualifications & Skills:
- SPM or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
- Must be PC literate and good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
