Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (Enrich)

Role Purpose
The person will be a key player in shaping Enrich programme’s online presence and driving customer engagement, lead generation and sales conversion across various digital platforms. The person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote Enrich brand, products and services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
Key Accountability
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver measurable results.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. Optimize website content, landing pages, and social media profiles for SEO and user experience.
- Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end digital projects, including campaign ideation, planning, budgeting, implementation, and optimization. Leverage campaign management system to segment audiences, create personalized content, and track campaign performance.
- Personalization and Testing: Leverage targeting tools to create personalized experiences for website visitors. A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and other elements to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Adobe Analytics or similar tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives
Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field
Years of Experience
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in loyalty or rewards programme will be an advantage.
Areas of Experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, mobile app, social media, paid search, and SEO.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to analyse campaign performance and drive insights.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing methodologies such as segmentation modelling, targeting, ROI projections and evaluation.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target is an advantage.
