What would you do?


  • Develop and implement business development and partnership strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Identify and conduct research to assess new business opportunities, whether in terms of trends and market positions, consumers, competitors, stakeholders, or third parties.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and create business development pipeline, manage end-to-end processes, prepare and present proposal, negotiate and close commercial terms.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers, presenting products and services to meet their needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, negotiating terms and ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as BDI, product innovation, marketing, sales, customer care and operations to ensure successful partnership integration and customer management.
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to onboard customers, prepare sales contract and ensure delivery of proposed services or solutions to customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and business development initiatives, making adjustments as needed.


Who should join us?


  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in business development/partnership management.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
