Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager leads the maintenance, boiler, and engineering teams to maximize equipment performance, ensure optimal plant efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning engineering practices with company goals, overseeing new installations, preventive maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Engineering Manager will champion innovation and operational enhancements to maintain Nastah’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance, boiler, and engineering teams to maximize equipment performance and ensure optimal plant efficiency.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and manage the CMMS to ensure high equipment uptime and efficient resource utilization.
  • Drive projects focused on equipment upgrades, new installations, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering practices with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly DOSH requirements, and foster a safe work environment.
  • Manage the engineering budget and work closely with Procurement for cost-effective purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
  • Proficiency in CMMS, PLC systems, and utility systems.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
