Castlery is hiring an AU Logistics Coordinator to join our AU Operations team headquartered here in Singapore. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the team to ensure customer's orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied with their experience with us. Your daily job responsibilities are as per below.

Job Description
Castlery is hiring an AU Logistics Coordinator to join our AU Operations team headquartered here in Singapore. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the team to ensure customer's orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied with their experience with us. Your daily job responsibilities are as per below.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with respective teams to oversee outbound operations and ensure seamless execution.
- Address and resolve any gaps between carriers, customers, and the CX team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle phone calls and manage customer inquiries related to delivery issues that carriers cannot resolve.
- Provide timely solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure invoices issued by our 3rd Party Logistics are billed accurately.
- Dispute invoices issued by our 3rd Party Logistics where applicable.
- Diligently input and maintain invoice data in system.
- Work closely with finance team on monthly accrual amount.
- Tally with finance team on logistics expenses.
- Ensure all delivered orders are billed by 3rd Party Logistics in a timely manner.
- Perform delivery cost analysis and provide key findings on monthly logistics expenses.
- Propose actionable items to lower down logistics expenses.
- Perform returns cost analysis for all returns solutions.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience (inclusive of internships) in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident in speaking to stakeholders - both internally and externally, such as couriers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce background is a plus
- Meticulous and sensitive with numbers.
- Independent and self-driven with problem solving skills
- Working Hours: 7am to 4pm SGT
- Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Casual working environment, laptop provided
