Job Summary
We are hiring an Industrial Automation Sales Development Manager to expand Delta Electronics Malaysia’s Industrial Automation Business market in Factory and Machine Automation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for budgeted target and key KPIs.
- Approach and develop potential clients in Factory and Machine Automation market.
- Identify and develop new qualified channel partners in different industries.
- Collect market information and review market analyses to determine client needs, competitor information and market conditions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and optimize market share.
- Remain abreast with the changes within Industrial Automation and other relevant regulatory affairs to determine the impact on the environment, business and assess potential opportunities.
- Maintaining CRM up to date and funnel is healthy against stipulated target.
Key requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Automation Control engineering.
- With at least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing capacity with Industrial Automation products and solutions (PLC, HMI, Servo System, VFD, Servo Press and Robots) in Factory and Machine Automation.
- Proven track record in Industrial Automation industry and achieving stipulated objectives and goals.
Skills & Competencies
- Preferably with strong solution based selling capability based on value selling.
- Solid industry knowledge, ability of drawing Industry Map for setting up approaching strategy.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker with dynamic mentality
- Excellent relationship management skills (internally & externally) and able to work under matrix organization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Have strong sense of ownership.
