Job Overview: We are seeking for a highly motivated Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. You will be supporting the Lead of Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning development and organizational effectiveness, with strong background in designing and implementing training development programs and initiatives.

Job Scope:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Support Talent Lead to partner with key leaders in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions to ensure alignment of respective development plans to close competency gaps.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and other training resources.
  • Co-ordinate, facilitate and monitor training sessions, both in-person and virtually to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools.
  • Manage the department’s training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, including the HRDF levy ie: Training requests, Claims, Sourcing external training vendors.
  • Analyze Training and development metrics and present regular reports to senior management
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR, and external partners

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education or a related field.
  • Certified TTT trainer (Preferred)
  • At least 5 year(s) of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing training programs and initiatives.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English to conduct business presentations.
