We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. We have 2 openings for this role.

In this exciting full-time, on-site role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Unearthing and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the IT Industry(Contract Staffing/BPO/Augmentation).
  • Crafting and executing winning sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Developing and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Expertly negotiating and closing deals that propel our growth.
  • Providing valuable market insights to guide strategic decision-making.

To be successful, you'll possess:

  • Proven sales, business development, and account management expertise.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering revenue growth.
  • The ability to build and maintain trust-based client relationships.
  • In-depth experience within the IT Consulting & Contract Staffing industry (mandatory).
  • Astute problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with diverse clients and cultures (a plus).
