JOB REQUIREMENTS
> At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
> Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
> Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive product knowledge
> Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
> Strong verbal communication skills supported by a positive “can do” attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION
> Be in tune with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals.
> Proactively supports and encourage any promotional activity within the store and contribute to an effective working environment.
> Work closely with colleagues across the different departments which includes Customer Support, HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Operations team to ensure smooth execution of the various functions.
> Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of customer service and sales performance.
> Directly supervises all team members to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies and procedures.
> Perform any other duties as assigned by Function Head.
