JOB REQUIREMENTS
> At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> Demonstrate ability to work as a team and “can do” attitude.
> Experience working in a supermarket environment will be an advantage.
> Customer service oriented, and have a strong sense of customer service.
> Greets customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
> Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fastpaced environment.
> Ability to work multiple shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION
> Assist the Department Manager in supervising the team to ensure compliance with established store policies and procedures in the retail department.
> Assist in the displaying of retail products, including overseeing the freshness and quality of food items.
> Assist the Department Manager to motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of food quality and comply with the company’s standards on food portioning, quality standards, policies and procedures.
> Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen counters, kitchen equipment and food storage areas to ensure it is clean, sanitized and organized.
> Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Manager.
