Perform all the tasks in the cashier & lobby areas other than taking orders Greet ‘Borenos’ loudly and clearly with smile Provide excellent customer service in line with the Company’s 6 Service Standards Build good rapport with customers and suppliers to maintain good company image whenever in uniform including rest time, before and after work Be responsible for the hygiene of the cashier & lobby area to assure the service area remains clean before any surprise inspections by Health, DBKK or Halal Departments Fill up the positions of the absent staffs and complete their duties Report to the Duty Manager upon duties completion Clean all the equipment/stationaries after use Comply with policies, rules and regulations as stated in the Employee Handbook Do not divulge any information about the products, brands and SOPs to any outsiders Perform all the tasks in the packer area other than packing and serving Be responsible for the hygiene and ensure the packer area remains clean before any surprise inspections by Health, DBKK or Halal Departments. Prepare (arranging, packing and storing) products according to SOP Ensure all newly cooked products including beverages have been tasted by the Duty Manager Train new members of the service crew regarding the healthy working culture Clean all the equipment that is used in the packer area Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle for all products Acknowledge company’s catering and delivery systems/packages in order to answer customers’ inquiries promptly and accurately Build good rapport with customers and suppliers to maintain good company image whenever in uniform including rest time, before and after work
