OPERATION MANAGER - CONCRETE MIXERS

• Manage all aspects of concrete mixer operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics. • Supervise and lead a team of operators, technicians, and support staff. Conduct training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment. • Ensure all concrete mixes meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications. Implement and maintain quality control procedures. • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement best practices, and drive efficiency initiatives. • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of concrete products. • Prepare and present operational reports, including performance metrics, production statistics, and financial summaries to senior management.
