Job Summary: Erican Language Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Expatriate Marketing Executive to spearhead marketing efforts targeting key international markets, including the Middle East, China, Korea, South Africa, and Pakistan. This position is crucial for expanding our student base from these regions, developing partnerships, and promoting the Erican brand globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these markets and a passion for driving results in an international setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to attract students and partners from the Middle East, China, Korea, South Africa, and Pakistan. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing Erican’s visibility in these target regions. Build and maintain relationships with educational agents, schools, and organizations within these markets to drive student recruitment. Conduct market research to understand cultural nuances, trends, and opportunities in each region. Collaborate with local agents, develop promotional materials, and organize events specific to these markets. Manage social media channels and online advertising targeted at prospective students in the Middle East, China, Korea, South Africa, and Pakistan. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments where necessary to achieve enrollment goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and brand guidelines. Represent Erican Language Centre at international education fairs and networking events in these regions. Qualifications: This position is strictly for expatriates with a deep understanding of the Middle East, China, Korea, South Africa, or Pakistan markets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of international marketing experience, preferably in education or related industries. Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media, SEO, and email marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, or Urdu is an advantage). Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and adapt marketing strategies to suit local markets. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Experience working in the Middle East, China, Korea, South Africa, or Pakistan is a plus.
