Role Description
This is a contract role for a Customer Service Representative at Optimum InfoSolutions (M) Sdn Bhd located in Petaling Jaya. The role involves providing customer support through chat, email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on-site.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Phone Etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
