About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Specialist! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind new business initiatives, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and cultivate relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored strategies for business growth, targeting high-potential industries and clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning, and use these insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to construct compelling, customized proposals and presentations that showcase our solutions and align with client goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and regular progress updates.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction, support project renewals, and uncover further opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent, effective approach in communication, branding, and lead generation efforts.

  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing client accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
