Job Description

  • Responsible for the performance evaluation and certification of the trainers through coaching, mentoring, class observations and assessments
  • Applies a wide range of tools to plan, analyze, and oversee the performance to make sure there are improvements through out onboarding and training processes
  • Monitors and evaluates training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report or communicate on them
  • Create New/ Modified/ Refreshment SOP slides/ training materials to make it easier for Agents, QA and Leads to understand the existing SOP.
  • Liaise closely with the different teams and functions to ensure training and knowledge base is up to date and employees are up to speed on changes and updates
  • Make a Post Test to measure the understanding of Agents, QA and Leads of the material that the trainer has conveyed
  • Deliver New/ Modified/ Refreshment SOP to Agent, QA and Leads
  • Make a New/ Modified/ Refreshment SOP Training Report as a reference that Agent, QA and Leads/ Supervisors have understood the material and reported to the Policy Team and/ or Regional Team so that the SOP is immediately valid/onboard.
  • Create Post Test and Competency Test as a standardization of new Shopee Video employees so that they can work in accordance with the specified target.
  • Conducted SOP Training and Refreshment for agents who experienced a dedicate transfer
  • Became an arbitrator for the Safety, Labeling and Ecommerce calibration process so that the right and correct answers are obtained.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years experience with policy training
  • Experience in developing policies, process documentation, training, communication materials and people management
  • Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite including Word, Excel/G-Sheet, and PowerPoint/G-Slide
  • Passion for helping agents thrive
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Have high discipline, ownership spirit, ability to find an out of the box idea and do new ways to make daily operations more energetic, motivated, and have a sense of entertainment
