Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Campus and Technical Recruiter to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will lead our campus recruitment initiatives, partner with top universities, and drive our technical hiring efforts to support the company’s growth in Malaysia. You will have the opportunity to shape our recruitment strategy, build strong relationships with academic institutions, and ensure we attract the best talent in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Recruitment

Develop and implement a campus recruitment strategy to attract fresh graduates from top universities in Malaysia.

Establish strong relationships with academic institutions and manage campus hiring events, including job fairs, presentations, and workshops.

Design and deliver presentations to promote the company’s brand and job opportunities to potential candidates.

Coordinate and conduct campus interviews, assessments, and selection processes to hire high-potential talent for entry-level positions.

Technical Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Source and attract candidates for technical positions, including software development, data science, engineering, and IT roles.

Utilize social media, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing methods to identify and engage with top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and any challenges encountered.

Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and career services departments.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience

Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice in Malaysia’s technology sector.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a professional and supportive approach.

Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Recruitment, with proven success in campus and technical hiring.

Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Malaysia, especially in the technology industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and process improvement.
