We are seeking for a Business Growth Manager for our globalization business, with key responsibilities of:

1. Responsible for the build of the digital ecosystem of overseas wallet/bank/telecom partners, including but not limited to:

1) In-depth understanding of the market, merchants, and users, identifying pain points and opportunities, providing industry-specific digital services to add value for customers, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs for merchants, bring in customers and transactions, provide convenient service experiences for users, and expand the ecosystem for the platform.

2) Based on consensus reached with customers, design business strategies, business models, and formulate clear product requirements to drive the implementation of product features and platform processes.

Formulate mini-program platform rules and policies, including but not limited to the entry and exit rules for overseas partners, incentive policies, marketing and traffic rules, business support, etc.

3) Operations management: Coordinate with the ecosystem business team and sales management rules team, design and optimize the full lifecycle of operational management for partners, including but not limited to access review, capability assessment, partner adjustment, cooperation plan management, contract signing, exit management, etc.; possess keen insight into risks and issues, promptly identify and coordinate with legal, risk control, etc. to drive solutions.

2. Familiar with merchant operation solutions from the perspective of service providers, precipitate industry solutions through service provider operations using mini-programs as carriers.

3. Consolidate ecosystem policies: Coordinate the partner policies, cooperation plans, etc., related to the digital ecosystem, and coordinate financial, business, product, service, and other teams to plan, control risks, and uniformly release them.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with experience in digitalization, information technology, and mini-program service providers are preferred. They should have the ability to abstract business requirements and productize them, thereby improving the efficiency of the business team and the ecological partner team by proposing reasonable product requirements.

2. Familiarity with ecological cooperation scenarios and business models, as well as knowledge of the design and operational management of various ecological projects.

3. Based on a profound understanding of payment and digital ecosystems, the ability to provide relevant data insights and business recommendations on the current status and trends of ecosystem development.

4. Possess keen market insight, and experience in the digital partnership system is preferred.

5. Excellent communication skills, strong execution, outstanding team spirit, and professionalism.

6. Ability to drive project implementation.

7. Proficiency in English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.

8. At least 3 years of work experience.
