- Train and ensure staff adherence to SOPs.
- Implement training programs on safety, machine operation, and quality control.
- Enforce safety and hygiene protocols; address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate new product trials and launches, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Prepare daily production performance reports and conduct team briefings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.

- At least 5 years in a production supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing (food industry is a plus).
- ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, Microsoft Office, basic continuous improvement (Six Sigma, 5S).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, safety-focused, hands-on equipment experience, multitasking abilities.
