1. Prepare Full Account Sets and Profit & Loss Statements of the company.

2. Manage and properly record all company payment matters.

3. Checking all account transactions made by the Company/Branch under supervision to ensure that they are correctly recorded in the closing account for each month.

4. Reporting to the Account Manager regarding the company's Financial & Accounting operations.

5. Deal with internal audit / external audit / bank / Company Secretary on accounting and financial related matters.

6. Prepare creditor statement to get approval before making payment.

7. Ensure that the audited financial report is completed according to the set period.

8. Other tasks that are directed from time to time.

1. Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and experienced in preparing Full Set Account.

2. Proficient in using the MYOB system.

3. Have skills in preparing monthly & annual financial reports.

4. Ability to problem solve and work under minimal supervision.

5. COMMITTED in carrying out tasks.

6. Can OUTSTATION if needed.

7. Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
