Job Responsibilities
- To develop and coordinate business growth activities defined by Management
- To prepare monthly marketing plan reports, business performance, presentation slides
- To develop, manage and coordinate marketing and social media campaigns and company newsletters and email marketing funnels.
- To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through strategizing, planning and developing of effective sales strategy as well as positive planning and management of advisory personnel.
- To assist management in setting sales target and ensuring all the targets are achieved.
- To assist management in leading, motivating and coaching advisory teams to achieve the desired sales targets.
- To prepare thoroughly and deliver appropriate presentations on the company’s solutions and services.
- To handle enquiries and coordinate meetings from potential recruits and clients.
- To identify market opportunities and take action to promote the company’s services in order to enhance the client base of the company.
- To ensure department and personal KPIs are achieved
- To ensure sales opportunities are identified, managed, and closed properly
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Initiate, plan and participate in marketing activities related to generating new sales leads
- To perform any other functions as assigned by Management from time to time.

- Good communication and presentation skills
- At least a Bachelor Business Degree holder with 2-3 years of strategic planning experiences in the business development
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
- Possess positive “can-do” mindset and sales-driven attitude.
- Able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions makers with value-added inputs into the organization business processes.
- Qualitative thinking to quantitative analysis in order to reach and justify a strategic or tactical decision
- Able to use English/ Malay in communication both speaking and writing and knowledge in mandarin will be added advantage
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Knowledge in computing software (Microsoft office)
- Possess own transport (Car)
- Willing to travel outstation within Malaysia
