  • Manage office supply procurement and inventory to ensure adequate stock; maintain office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
  • Organize and archive company documents and records to ensure easy access and storage; prepare various documents, reports, and data statistics with accuracy and consistency.
  • Arrange company meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes; assist with organizing company events, such as employee gatherings and training sessions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, preparing necessary travel documents, and managing related expense reimbursements.
  • Provide necessary language support assist with translating important documents.
  • Communicate with Malaysian government agencies (such as the Immigration Department and IRB) to ensure smooth processing
  • Arrange necessary visas and work permits for clients entering Malaysia to ensure that their employees and representatives can enter and work legally.
  • Handle customer calls and emails, respond to basic inquiries, or direct complex issues to the relevant departments.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Minimum education is Degree
  • Mandarin is compulsory.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work independently.

  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
