- Manage office supply procurement and inventory to ensure adequate stock; maintain office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
- Organize and archive company documents and records to ensure easy access and storage; prepare various documents, reports, and data statistics with accuracy and consistency.
- Arrange company meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes; assist with organizing company events, such as employee gatherings and training sessions.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, preparing necessary travel documents, and managing related expense reimbursements.
- Provide necessary language support assist with translating important documents.
- Communicate with Malaysian government agencies (such as the Immigration Department and IRB) to ensure smooth processing
- Arrange necessary visas and work permits for clients entering Malaysia to ensure that their employees and representatives can enter and work legally.
- Handle customer calls and emails, respond to basic inquiries, or direct complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Minimum education is Degree
- Mandarin is compulsory.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply

- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
