Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our mom & baby nutritional products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in maternal and infant nutrition, and leverage this information to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns.
3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, especially new mothers, healthcare professionals, and nutritionists, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
5. Product Promotion: Create engaging content that educates and informs target audiences about the benefits of our products, including nutritional information and usage guidance.
6. Brand Spokesperson: Serve as the spokesperson for the brand, representing the company in media appearances, interviews, events, and public forums to effectively communicate our brand values and product benefits.
7. Public Presentations: Present our mom & baby nutritional range products at industry events, seminars, and webinars, demonstrating expert knowledge and building credibility with audiences.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and retail partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Product Development Specialist (Dietitian & Nutritionist) HQ
Five product categories:
1. Health supplement
2. Personal care/cosmetic
3. Health food & drink

5. Consumable & household
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Development:
Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities based on consumer needs and market gaps.
Formulate product concepts and specifications, considering scientific research, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all product formulations and developments comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards (Malaysia and SEA countries).
Project Management:
Able to multitask and manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Coordination and effective communication internally and with external parties.
Monitor projects flow and timeline and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
3. Quality Assurance and Customer Support Management:
Act as a primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client engagement activities.
Gather client feedback on existing products and relay insights for continuous improvement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Actively participate in cross-functional teams comprising R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs to align product development initiatives with business goals.
Provide input into the development of marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonate with target audiences.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies for our portfolio of healthcare products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a diverse portfolio of 20 SKUs (subject to periodic changes), and contributing to our company's success through your dedication, creativity, and expertise.
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and market share for our healthcare products within the retail pharmacy and e-commerce channels.
2. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 20 SKUs, adapting strategies as necessary to respond to changing market dynamics and opportunities.
3. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure product availability, effective distribution, and optimal pricing strategies.
5. Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales growth targets of 15%.
