General Responsibilities: - Execute the client work scopes in client locations. - Adhere to company core values and job descriptions. - Ensure operations are carried out safely, ethically, and profitably. - Satisfy customer requirements through effective job execution. - Operate equipment in the most cost-effective, safe, and compliant manner possible, in line with client policy, industry standards, and legal requirements. - Assist Operations Manager and/or Workshop Supervisor in managing equipment fleet for invoicing, planning, and job execution. - Identify any equipment shortfalls or additional requirements while offshore. - Submit all required paperwork and records on a timely basis. - Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Manager. - Represent the client Oil & Gas as a company ambassador both on and off the job. General Accountabilities: - Safe, functional, and efficient operation of client equipment. - Efficiently conduct work scopes as required by the client and client. - Ensure compliance and adherence of operations functions to applicable regulations, policies, company directives, and the client ATLAS management system. - Reduce overall financial costs to the business. - Maintain and continuously improve the client standing in the industry. Reporting Structure: - Reports to (Direct): Heads of Operations (Domestic) - Reports to (Indirect): Senior Operations Engineer - Hiring Manager: Heads of Operations (Domestic) Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as a minimum. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fishing tool operations and intervention services in the oil and gas industry, with a background in service or drilling rigs. - 2-5 years of specific fishing experience, including Cased & Open Hole Fishing, Casing Exit, Wireline Fishing, P/A Well Abandonment, and Milling Operations. - Extensive experience in managing fishing operations in various regions, including Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. - Proven track record of successfully planning and executing complex fishing operations. - Prior work experience as a driller and/or in fishing and milling operations. - Strong leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring junior personnel. - Supervisory skills and experience preferred. - Self-motivator, self-starter: skilled at maintaining positive working relationships with employees and customers. - Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. - General product knowledge and mechanical ability necessary to perform repairs. - Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be able to follow instructions and work closely with fellow employees. - Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
