Job responsibilities - Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. - Responding and attend to customer inquiries and needs promptly to meet their satisfaction. - Liaise and confer with customers and project engineers to assess equipment needs and determine the system requirements. - Meet and understand customer requirements and provide sales support. - Negotiating tender and contract terms. - Plan, modify and customize products or turnkey system to meet customer needs. - Secure and renew orders including spare parts and services by working closely with operation team on the inventories, payment and delivery. - Analysing costs and sales. Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends. - Administering customer accounts and offering after-sales support services. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying knowledgeable on your field’s market updates as well as continuing to read and study new data. Requirements - Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications. - Additional certifications such as project management will be an added strength. - Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience in the industry or field.
