* Provide front desk reception duties which includes handling of all phone calls * Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner. * Collect receive and distribute all incoming mails and courier items. * Liaise with runners & maintain a tracking system on all incoming and outgoing mails and courier items * Perform data entry, documentation, printing, faxing and filing duties. * Maintain tidiness of the reception lobby. * General office management such as ordering stationery and basic supplies of office necessities. * Well-versed with Microsoft-Office i.e., Outlook / Word / Excel * Willing to learn & take on more job responsibilities when needed. * Support in any other administrative/operation tasks as and when required * Office location: Mont Kiara, KL * Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (5 days per week) * Salary range: RM1,800.00 – RM3,200.00 depends on experience * Please send your resume: [email protected]
