Job Brief: We are looking for a responsible Operation Executive to perform a variety of operation and administrative tasks. The duties include providing support to our Managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and our Company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Job Description: • Organise and schedule appointments • Plan and manage meetings • Prepare of regularly scheduled reports • Research and maintain contact/data list • Provide support to Manager and executive to handle request and queries on daily task from Senior Manager Requirement and Skills: • Proven experience as an Operation or Office Administrator Executive • Knowledge of operation and office management systems • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task • University or College Degree or Diploma: additional qualification as an Operation and Administration assistant will be a plus
