Responsibilities:
1. Product Ordering (PO Management): Handle purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely product restocking.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
3. Product Display: Arrange products on racks to enhance appeal and visibility, ensuring organized, attractive displays.
4. Sales Coordination: Support in-store product sales by recommending items to customers and assisting with inquiries.
5. Data Analysis: Track sales trends and make data-driven decisions to adjust inventory and product placement.
6. Pricing and Promotions: Assist in pricing strategies and organize in-store promotions to boost product sales.
Requirements:
· Experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a related role.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on sales trends.
· Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office or inventory software like SQL.
· Customer service orientation and an interest in pet products are a plus.
