Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance

Company Overview: Our Client is a specialist corporate finance firm dedicated to providing comprehensive services across the corporate finance spectrum, including restructuring, M&A advisory, fundraising, and project financing.

Position Overview: They are seeking a motivated Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. Successful candidates will work directly with Managers and will be actively involved in transactions from origination to execution. Responsibilities include conducting financial research, preparing financial models, and creating presentations and information memorandums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of transactions, from origination to execution.
• Conduct in-depth financial research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Prepare presentations and information memorandums for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and engage with external stakeholders, including C- suite executives.

• Requirements:
• Honours Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines.
• Professional accounting qualification or CFA designation (or intention to pursue).
• 3-4 years of relevant experience; experience in corporate finance or investments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging C-suite executives.
• A proactive learner with a strong work ethic, honesty, and the ability to work effectively in a
• team.
• Capable of working independently.
