Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Degree in a relevant field
Professional certification in a related discipline
Capital Markets Services Representative License from the Securities Commission
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a Corporate Finance-related role
Extensive experience in advisory services and financial analysis, enabling me to conceptualize and structure proposals effectively.
Proven track record of executing and implementing client-focused documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strong ability to maintain long-term client relationships and leverage a well-established network to generate work and meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, I focus on identifying and developing opportunities for future business growth.
