  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products or services
  • Follow an established script and sales process to persuade customers to take a desired action such as making a purchase or booking an appointment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made, including details of conversations, outcomes and follow-up requirements
  • Qualify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads generated and sales made
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and referrals
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and services, industry trends and competitor activity
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Secure stronger customer relationships and enlarge the customer base.
  • Identify and handle customers' enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (If can speak mandarin would be advantages)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
