Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Puchong, Selangor
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate should be willing to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients, attend industry events, and promote the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales strategies, including client visits and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline marketing efforts.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new leads and follow up on prospects.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Event Coordination: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences both locally and internationally.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Gain deep understanding of the company’s product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Digital marketing experience is an advantage.
- Travel: Willing to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 30-40% of the time).
