In this role, you will be responsible for:
Marketing Strategy and Campaign ExecutionAssist in developing and executing marketing plans to meet brand and business objectives.Support multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.Coordinate with the creative team to produce promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.Partnership ManagementIdentify and establish new partnerships with brands, influencers, and organizations that align with the company’s values and objectives.Manage existing partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with marketing goals.Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting.Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners to expand reach and customer base.Content and Brand DevelopmentCollaborate with the content team to develop engaging, relevant content that promotes the brand's values and offerings, including but not limited to visual design, videos and blog posts.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and partnership efforts.Assist in the development and maintenance of the brand’s tone of voice, aesthetics, and visual identity.Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and campaigns.Market Research and Competitor AnalysisConduct market research to identify new marketing trends, audience preferences, and industry shifts.Monitor competitor activities, providing regular updates to inform and adapt marketing strategies.Evaluate partnership opportunities based on market analysis and company objectives.Event Management and SponsorshipsSupport the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives.Coordinate logistics for event participation and oversee brand representation at events.Build relationships with event organizers and key stakeholders for long-term collaboration opportunities.Performance Tracking and ReportingAnalyse campaign performance, audience metrics, and partnership results using analytical tools.Prepare regular reports on marketing and partnership activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and partnerships.Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
