JR67691 Facilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication with Global facilities cost team and finance team for capital funding issue
  • Monthly plan for update the capital GR in FMS system.
  • Closely follow up with facilities system owner of the capital payment
  • Communication with capacity IE team with all the GR plan of capital projects in CALM system.
  • Manage bills and ensure timely payment.
  • Manage budget and expenses (monitor for timely reimbursement, follow up from purchase requisition to payment, update project cash flow, optimize spending to meet KPI, compile expense reports, budget plan etc.)
  • Deal with Global Facilities for Facilities CAPEX Performance related e.g., quarterly periodic analysis, monthly spending variance explanation etc.
  • Support Facilities SAP PS (Project System) data key in, update and administrative activities.
  • Develop and carry out other efficient documentation and filing system including record of document correspondence.
  • Always maintain appropriate discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work.
  • To support RBA audit and meet all RBA requirement
  • Support, coach and guide technicians in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of system error etc.
  • Contractor management – Evaluate performance.
  • Develop and review FMEA, RA, EAIA, HAZOP & SOP for facilities system.
  • Develop, implement, and improve reliable solution for optimum facilities system performance.
  • Develop Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) on existing facilities system.
  • Support internal and external audits – IATF, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, RBA & Manage Facilities.
  • Planning, analysis and manage of critical spare part and consumables item.
  • Apply 8D, Fishbone diagram, pareto chart and 5-Why for problem solving of facility operation issues which includes finding root cause, corrective, and preventive actions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical & mechanical or any related to these.
  • Experience & knowledge in electrical will be added advantages.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent Project management skills (PMP).
  • Ambitious and ability to multi-task and balance dynamic priorities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good teammate.
  • Ability to participate in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in PPT, Excel & presentation skill
  • Possess AutoCAD skill is preferable.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently & work as a team.
