About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at SR EV AUTOMOTIVE’s in Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and providing general office support.
- To carry out data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records by submit to KL HQ.
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with suppliers and partners.
- Assist with HR tasks like employee on-boarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, handling both administrative and accounting functions.
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
