Job Description:

    -Recruit and Hire: Source and attract the right talent by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, coordinating interview sessions, and managing the entire hiring process. -Onboarding: Plan, create, and implement a comprehensive and effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. -Employee Records: Accurately maintain and organize employee records, ensuring confidentiality. -Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and ensure timely completion to support smooth operations. -Training & Development: Organize and oversee training and development programs to foster talent growth and upskilling. -Employee Engagement: Develop and implement creative initiatives and team-building activities to promote staff health, wellness, and engagement. -Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process, including evaluations and feedback. -Workplace Culture: Foster a fun, positive, and engaging work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.

Job Requirements:

    -Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field. -Experience: Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar role with 1-3 years of work experience. -Language & Communication: Strong command of English with excellent communication skills. -Passion for Growth: A genuine passion for the growth of talent and the company. -Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of labor laws is a plus. -Continuous Learning: Passionate about learning, with a positive attitude and an interest in the creative field. -Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and HR software is an added advantage. -Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent leadership abilities, strong teamwork skills, and effective interpersonal communication. -Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. -Ethics & Reliability: High ethical standards and dependability. -Fun & Engaging Personality: An engaging personality, a great sense of humor, and a willingness to have fun!
