As the Marketing & Program Support Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's brand, defining our sales & marketing strategy, and driving customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will work closely with the Founders and team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your responsibilities include ensuring that all marketing material is effective and in line with our brand, tracking and analyzing the performance of campaigns and supporting the marketing budget. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with digital analytics tools and be able to turn our product value and content into effective campaigns that deliver new program sales.
Overall Purpose of the Role
Execute strategies and tactics to grow several product lines in B2B markets for financial services leaders and business CEOs
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including focusing on
metrics and ROI
Guiding various organic and paid customer acquisition channels including web and social media
Helping us build a strong brand through online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Identifying and acquiring new customers by supporting sales and lead generation efforts as well as lead marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
Executing and managing marketing campaigns including analyzing customer behavior and adjusting campaigns accordingly and informing the marketing budget.
Building brand awareness and positioning as well as strategies and tactics to promote products and drive qualified leads
Oversee and manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels and suppliers for
content creation, social media (LinkedIn, FB, IG), lead generation webinars, copywriting and engaging content that converts our target customers
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure, evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Informing our pricing strategy that maximizes profits and considers customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience in B2B marketing, sales or delivery for services such as keynote speaking, training, leadership coaching or business consulting
SME, financial services (accounting) or enterprise marketing expertise
Expertise in digital marketing and willingness to learn
Proven experience in creatively executing multi-channel campaigns that engage & educate target customers
Solid knowledge of analytics and / or AI tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRMs
Numerically literate, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and effective communication
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic setting with multiple competing priorities. As an international company, the person should be comfortable engaging in professional communication with individuals online from a variety of backgrounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
