Mission:
The mission for this role is to provide accurate financial reports assigned before deadline.
Outcomes:
To produce financial reports timely.
To produce monthly expense forecast with maximum of 15% variance.
To enhance finance process and reporting process, aligning with parent company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow Report.
- To improve financial process and use ERP system for automation and approvals.
- Prepare weekly payment priorities.
- Work with operation team to ensure customers are invoiced correctly.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in accounting
- Min 3 to 5 years working experience in similar roles
- Familiarity in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”)
- Experience in Public Listed Companies (PLCs) and audit firms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill and Odoo software experience are added advantage
