Jawatan kosong Production Operator di Kilang pembuatan makanan dan makanan kesihatan di Taman Perindustrian UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. Calon yang tidak mempunyai pengalaman juga digalakkan untuk memohon. Latihan akan diberikan.

Skop Kerja

  • Menjalankan semua aktiviti pengeluaran mengikut prosedur dan polisi yang telah ditetapkan
  • Menyokong aktiviti pengeluaran termasuk pemindahan bahan mentah, pemuatan bahan ke mesin, operasi pembungkusan
  • Pemasangan mesin mengikuti tetapan parameter kawalan dan arahan kerja
  • Memastikan produk mematuhi standard kualiti yang ditetapkan
  • Memantau operasi mesin untuk mengoptimumkan hasil bahan dan mencapai output yang disasarkan setiap hari
  • Memastikan pembersihan dan sanitasi kawasan kerja / peralatan pemprosesan yang betul, dan menjalankan pemeriksaan mesin sebelum memulakan operasi mesin harian
  • Harus mengambil tanggungjawab tambahan yang berkaitan dengan pengeluaran seperti yang diarahkan oleh Pihak Atasan.

Gaji Bulanan

  • Gaji Pokok: RM 1,600 - RM 1,800 + Bayaran Kerja Lebih Masa

Faedah-Faedah

  • Caruman KWSP, uniform dan kasut, cuti tahunan dan cuti sakit, perubatan, medical insuran pekerja termasuk ahli keluarga, cuti sabtu dan ahad, kursus latihan serta peluang kenaikan gaji.

Kelayakan

  • Calon seharusnya mempunyai kelulusan minima SPM/SKM.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General understanding of machine operation
  • Practice and adhere to cGMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SOPs, company policies and quality requirements
  • Carry out all assigned production activities in accordance to written procedure and safety policies
  • Support production activities including moving of raw material, loading of material onto machine, packaging operation
  • Assist machine operator in machine set up and cleaning
  • Assist machine operator in product quality check (e.g. sachets manual squeeze test, screening of capsules output, etc) to ensure conformity of quality specifications
  • Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas, ensure good housekeeping and the requirements of processing room is maintained (e.g. temperature, humidity, differential pressure)
  • Ensure correct cleaning and sanitation of work areas/processing equipments
  • Perform recording, documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records (e.g., activity logs, BMR documents)
  • Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/SKM level.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in manufacturing environment, production or any related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.

Basic Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month + Overtime Pay
