Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are pursuing a career in business management, operations, or administration. The intern will work closely with various departments, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, project coordination, and office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Support project management tasks and help with the coordination of team activities.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various business-related topics.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of budgets, financial records, and invoices.
  • Provide support in planning and executing meetings, presentations, and other events.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
